Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with central air, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an attached 2 car garage. Water, sewer, trash, electric, pest control, WiFi, internet and basic cable are all included. Enjoy the private patio and the community’s heated pool and spa, just past the backyard gate. Thermostat is kept between 74 and 78 degrees.

Located in Westbrook Village, a 55+ community in Peoria, Arizona. One person may be over 40, and all others (up to 4 guests total) must be 55 years of age or older. ID is required, and renters follow the community rules and sign a lease. A $1,000 deposit is due 45 days before arrival, plus a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Rent is due on the 1st by check or cash. Each tenant pays $25 for community amenity access. Small female dogs under 20 lbs, over 2 years old and potty trained are welcome with a $150 refundable fee. The home is 100% smoke-free. Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am on the last day of the month.
